Don’t forget to check your drainage system in the garden and compound. Roots of plants get rotted easily if water stagnates in the garden.

It is good to go for bulbs like Rajnigandha this season as their flowering gets scattered from the beginning of the monsoons till December.

No water must be allowed to stay near the pits around the plants. Application of mulch around plants helps in moisture conservation.

In case you are planning to plant new saplings in your garden, go fro only those plants that have the ability to adjust to the moisture of the rains.

Allowing frogs and toads in your garden is an ideal way to keep it free from insects.
